Deposit payment required at time of making reservation, your card will be debited

the room only amount for first night of your stay - balance payable on arrival.

In the event of a declined transaction we will contact you by email.

Cards accepted:  American express*, Visa, MasterCard, and most debit cards.

*American Express cards an additional £5 handling fee is payable.

Balances payable on arrival - a £5 handling fee applies to all non GBP cash payments.

CANCELLATIONS:

MORE THAN 3 clear days before day of arrival, your deposit refunded,

minus £10 administration fee - credited back to your card.

NO SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 3 clear days before day of arrival, - No Refund (booking cancelled).

Earliest check in time 4pm.  Latest check in time 11pm.  Latest check out time 10am.

By prior arrangement only:

Check in - Luggage can be checked in for safe keeping before midday.

Check out - To help you to enjoy the many attractions of the town we care for your luggage

until midday or after 4pm (between 12-4pm we're out shopping for fresh supplies).

 Bus / taxi service's to the ferry and cruise terminals operate from the railway station opposite, subject to availability.
